The Gun Control Act of 1968 bars

The Gun Control Act of 1968 bars nine categories of individuals from possessing firearms or ammunition. Following the Supreme Court’s 2022 decision in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen, federal appeals courts considered Second Amendment challenges to some of these categories. In one such case, United States v.
